Smart Food Service was engaged early in the design process by HOK Sport to envision the catering program to be offered in the new 51,000 seat Aviva Stadium. Our scope included master planning for a food commissary concession and lounge spaces, all the way through to a detailed design and fit out whilst utilizing cutting-edge technology to ensure guest satisfaction, and service efficiency.
