In collaboration with Whole Foods Market, the Smart Food Service team worked to design a operationally efficient high-traffic cafe. The goal was to provide a multi-service space that could easily transition through the day; from a quick turn over coffee bar in the early morning, to a casual lunch spot and trendy wine bar by night. Thoughtful planning and specification of specialty equipment allowed us to reach the goal.
